Your support—whether through donating, volunteering, attending events, or spreading the word—helps provide safety, healing, and hope for survivors. - $20 funds our hotline for a day; $50 provides a week of meals for a shelter resident.

General Services
We offers a range of volunteer assignments to reflect the diverse needs of the agency and interest of volunteers. Examples of responsibilities include: conducting outreach activity; provide education sessions to community groups; participate and support special projects, fundraising events, and public affairs; Contribute specific skill or time to support the administrative needs of agency work,too!.
Direct Services
Provide direct services to victims of domestic or sexual violence through Hotline volunteer and Emergency Housing advocate programs.
Board Member or Committee Member
We need community leaders who will advocate for the needs of victims of domestic and sexual violence in Mercer County. The AWARE Board is a working board–leaders from across the county working to make our community a safer place for all.
Intern
AWARE, Inc offers creative, applied learning, internship opportunities for undergraduate students, graduate students and students studying in a variety of majors and disciplines. Internships are offered on a rolling basis throughout the year.
