As Supervisor of Operations Reconcilement at First National Bank of Pennsylvania, she oversees the balancing and review of complex operational and general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and accountability across key financial functions.

Cassie is skilled in identifying out-of-balance conditions, researching root causes, and guiding her team through precise adjustments that strengthen internal controls. She works closely with internal and external partners to resolve financial discrepancies, coordinate transfers, and maintain clear communication.

Cassie is deeply inspired by AWARE’s dedication to supporting individuals in Mercer County affected by domestic, emotional, and sexual violence, as well as elder abuse, and by its commitment to offering resources and services that help people heal. AWARE’s work providing advocacy and safety during vulnerable moments resonates with her personally. She also values the organization’s focus on education and prevention, which provides tools to help break cycles of harm and strengthen the community. It is a privilege for her to contribute to a mission dedicated to restoring hope and dignity.
